Exchange Terms


We have a 5 day exchange policy. You will be required to contact us within 5 days of receiving your parcel. The item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving our response in order for it to be exchanged. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be:

  • unused and in the same condition that you have received
  • with it's original packaging, tags etc. 

We regret that we cannot accept exchanges that are not in perfect condition including:  

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items with fur/lint/dirt stuck on it
  • Items that have been washed
  • Items not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts
  • Items on sale/discounted
  • Personalised items 
  • Any item that is returned past policy days  

Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost return mails, hence customers are strongly encouraged to use trackable mails. Refunds are strictly not allowed. 

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed within a certain number of days.
